TESMA was implemented in the municipality of Roldanillo, Valle del Cauca, on two consecutive occasions during the years 2013 and 2014. Roldanillo is a town full of art and culture, the result of over 30 years of action by the Rayo Museum, one of those landmarks nestled among the mountains of northern Valle that completely transformed the cultural dynamics of a town initially affected by bipartisan violence and later by drug trafficking.
